3. How We Use Your Information

4. Service Providers We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Community Content

Our Launchpad+ community is a shared space. Anything you post there can be seen by other members of that community. Please use your judgment about what you share, particularly regarding employers, salaries, and personal circumstances.

We ask members to keep what is shared in the community confidential, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of other members. Do not post anything you would be harmed by if it were repeated outside the group.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site, including logging in to your courses, may not work correctly.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jeni@thelaidofflaunchpad.com.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the programs you purchased. Because our courses are sold with lifetime access, this may be indefinite. We also retain records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

9. Security

We rely on established platforms with industry-standard protections to store and process your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Children

Our programs are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated by email.
